Key Features
This hydraulic track drive model is a 2-speed swash-plate piston motor. Operators can select the appropriate speed based on the task requirements, such as high-speed travel for moving between job sites and low-speed operation for precision work like digging or lifting.
It is integrated with a planetary reducer which is inherently compact and robust, making it suitable for integration in heavy-duty applications. The compact size helps in optimizing the layout of the machine and reducing overall weight.
The combination of hydraulic control and planetary gearing results in smooth and precise operation of the track drive. Operators can achieve precise control over the machine’s movement, contributing to improved productivity and safety.
A parking brake is designed to securely hold the machine to prevent unintended movement when the hydraulic system is not actively engaged.
Also, an optional freewheel to prevent reverse rotation of the track drive system. This is crucial in preventing unintended movement when the machine is parked or when the hydraulic system pressure drops suddenly.
An AKD (auto-kick-down) system is optional. It typically utilizes sensors or feedback mechanisms to continuously monitor parameters such as engine speed, hydraulic pressure, and load on the machine.
